The Position
This position will be accountable for to ensure the quality and reliability of our Websites, CLM E-Detailers and Emailers. This role requires strong testing skills in UI development and effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Responsible for overall digital asset Quality Assurance and ensuring functionality and proper look & feel in accordance with brief.
Responsible for Quality Assurance of E-Detailer, Websites and responsible quality assurance on these components and websites once configured.
Responsible for Quality Assurance of Emails and Responsible for verifying integrity of emails across a pre-defined set of devices (desktop and mobile(s)) and email clients.
Responsible for verifying that asset relationships between the produced materials and our DAM are proper and complete.
Contributor to deliver on Content Hub KPI’s and Quality on par with existing agency production, time to market, satisfaction, cost avoidance, content reuse and Insight generation.
Qualification & Experience
M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development).
3+ years of experience in quality assurance of Websites, Emailers and E-Detailers, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience in manual testing methodologies, including test plan development, test case creation, and defect reporting.
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc..
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent English communication skills and comfort in working with different cultures.
Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification is a plus.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner is a plus.

As a GP (General Practitioner) Sales Representative, you will promote a market leading product in the therapy area of Obesity. Customer base includes General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and Pharmacists. The territory includes Inner West Melbourne (Footscray, Sunshine, Williamstown, Melbourne, Port Melbourne, Essendon).
You will join our high performing Obesity sales team that promotes Novo Nordisk products across multiple or non-specified channels in a designated territory. Reporting to the State Sales Manager for Victoria West and Tasmania region.
Qualifications
Highly organised and self-motivated individual with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow assigned territories.
With strong commercial acumen and excellent written/verbal communication skills, and exceptional relationship building/influencing skills.
Tertiary qualifications in science or similar will be highly regarded.
Must have strong business and industry knowledge, ideally live on, OR on/near advertised territory.

The Position
As a Business Analyst you will drive finance transformation of excel based sales forecasting model to GFP enabled sales forecasting where in you will be responsible for unified procedure updates and overviews, develop further training materials, drive improvements for data collection/consolidation, ability to adapt existing Excel based models, liaison, and coordination with stakeholders.
Managed or part of finance transformation/projects/implementation in experience.
Functional knowledge – working experience in financial planning & analysis, supporting sales forecasting in previous roles, data analytics, business intelligence partnering, or similar role.
Sales Model Expert, Financial modelling skills (in Excel).
Must have In-depth SAP BW knowledge. Proficient with PC-tools, extensive knowledge of MS Office.
Proficient in Budgeting process Support to Improve Processes and Secure Alignment.
Qualifications
Master’s in finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognised institute.
Minimum 6 plus years of work experience.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Working knowledge of VBA / Power BI / Qlik Sense is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
